Ms. Britney Devine
Ms. Britney Devine is a dedicated and passionate vocalist with an unwavering desire to share her knowledge and love for music. At the age of 20, she has already accumulated a wealth of experience and skill, having understudied with our own Ms. Susan. Britney's dream to impart her expertise to aspiring students burns brighter than ever.
Britney believes that teaching voice is not just about transmitting technical knowledge; it is about inspiring and nurturing a deep appreciation for music in each student. With her infectious enthusiasm and patient demeanor, she guides her students through the intricacies of vocal technique, instilling within them the confidence and joy that music brings. In addition to her vocal expertise, Britney has been actively involved in guiding and counseling musical theatre campers at Live Oak Theatre and leading the Youth Group music team at Spring Hill Baptist Church. Her commitment to education and mentorship is evident through her work tutoring elementary students in reading and homework assistance.
Britney is currently pursuing music history classes at the University of South Florida and has demonstrated academic excellence throughout her educational journey. She has earned several academic achievement scholarships, including the Florida Bright Futures Medallion Scholars award, PHSC's Salutatorian Scholarship, and PHSC's Merit Grant. Britney's interests in live theatrical performance, music, teamwork, and collaboration enrich her teaching approach, making her a well-rounded and inspiring vocal instructor.
