Try to reschedule the lesson or cancel the lesson and issue a $24.00 gift certificate for store product (non-lessons); will default if the teacher is at 100% capacity on their schedule. As a matter of clarification, we don't credit tuition forward into the next month unless the teacher calls out. Substitutes & Rescheduling for When Your Teacher Cannot Make the Lesson In the event that your instructors is in need of time off, how would you like us to handle your lesson? Please check ALL acceptable solutions Option 1 Great Consistency - If available allow another instructor (of equal or greater skill set) to substitute Option 2 Moderate Consistency - Try to reschedule to another day and time, if possible Option 3 Less Consistency - If there is no availability that suits your needs, apply a credit for the class value ($24) to the coming months tuition Notice Understandings 2-Hour Notice Policy * Families/Students are notified 3 hours before their lesson with a reminder email and text message. If you choose to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid incurring the charge for the session. This policy allows the staff to open the schedule to other students in that time frame and reduces the instructor's loss of income.
